About Me

I am a passionate storyteller and marketing innovator, driven by a love for connection and creativity.

Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats, each sharpening my ability to craft compelling narratives, navigate complex challenges, and inspire meaningful change. From steering crisis communications to redefining guest conflict resolution strategies, and even reinventing a company’s brand voice and communication standards, I’ve been the trusted architect of transformation for a multi-million-dollar hospitality enterprise during its most defining moments.

But my expertise goes beyond words. I have a talent for uncovering inventive ways to optimize costs and boost revenue—securing vital grants, designing unforgettable events, and launching innovative business ventures that elevate the guest experience to something extraordinary.

My approach to creativity is rooted in pathos— appealing to emotion as a method of persuasion. I use the art of storytelling and creativity to connect on a deeply emotional level. Whether it’s a single moment of guest delight or a sweeping narrative that defines a brand, my goal is to make your audience feel something.

My Path Here

The 2020 COVID pandemic impacted everybody a little differently, and altered the trajectory of many lives. I was no exception to this. During spring of 202 - the height of the pandemic - I graduated Colorado College with an Bachelors degree in Psychology. Lockdowns hit, the world stopped, and like so many new graduates, the “normal” next steps dissolved overnight. I found myself back in my hometown in New Jersey, isolated, anxious about the future, and trying to figure out who I wanted to become in a world that suddenly looked unrecognizable.

Instead of waiting for the world to reopen and my post-grad life to begin, I made the biggest decision of my early career: I dropped everything and moved to the mountains.

I became a ski instructor, chasing a lifelong passion for snow, community, and outdoor adventure. What began as a temporary escape became the turning point of my life. I fell in love with the ski and hospitality industry. The intensity, the people, the culture. I fell in love with the helping people create meaningful memories through outdoor experiences.

That one leap set the trajectory for everything that followed.

Within a year, I transitioned into marketing and events, where my background in writing and brand storytelling clicked naturally with the pace and complexity of resort operations. I grew quickly. I earned leadership roles, managed major resort budgets, and shaped multi-channel marketing and communications strategy for entire divisions. I was ultimately hand-selected to join senior leaders for the resort’s strategic planning retreat, gaining cross-department insight into the full scope of resort operations.

By 28, I launched my own marketing & events agency, which built on everything those early mountain years taught me: resilience, creativity, community, and an unwavering belief that great experiences change people.
