Harvest Festival

I created the Waterville Valley Harvest Festival from the ground up, transforming a simple concept into one of the region’s premier fall events. I developed the event vision, branding, programming, vendor strategy, logistics & site plan, and full marketing rollout.

In its first season, the festival featured 60+ vendors, beer and wine partners, children’s attractions, live entertainment, and coordinated town-wide activations. It drew 2,500–3,000 attendees and generated meaningful economic impact for local merchants through increased foot traffic. The inaugural success established the Harvest Festival as a new anchor event for the valley’s autumn tourism economy.
